Students are encouraged to participate in inter-house matches and tournaments at various levels. Alongside physical fitness, emphasis is placed on emotional well-being through activities like breathing exercises and yoga. Students interested in excelling in sports receive rigorous training to compete in various tournaments, including nationals. Assessment is conducted biannually to evaluate fitness levels, sports skills, etc.
